I missed Saturday on my Birth Control and was late taking it this morning.

*deep breaths* It was day seven so hopefully... hopefully.... hopefully. I guess we'll know in about three weeks.

What kind of birth control are you taking? Does it have a placebo week? (Or, well, a non-hormonal week, as some have iron supplements for a week.) Also, by "day seven", do you mean from the beginning of the new pack, or from the beginning of visible red blood?

If your birth control does not have seven non-hormonal pills at the beginning of each pack, or if "day seven" does not mean the seventh of those pills, you should strongly consider a) abstaining for seven days or b) using condoms for seven days.

It does have a placebo week, that was last week. I do sunday-sunday. I missed yesterday's pill.

Can't do anything about what might've happened last night, but the plastic will come out to play again.

Okay, so you started this pack on September 12th and missed September 18th's pill?
In that case, unless you took today's pill 12 hours or more later than normal, you're fine.
