I want a mutter command that'll slectivly edit out words so that only one person hears the real thing, and the rest of the room gets a random sampling of words. So like, Cheyan would hear,

Hazel mutters, "Penta is the biggest fudder-duder of the whole school!" to you.

might come out looking like

Hazel mutters, "... ... ... biggest fudder-dudder ... ... ... school."

to everyone else but Cheyan.
