(no subject)

I was feeling the Sunday Night Blues last night, and posted my worry about not knowing what to teach in Reading today.

My aunt replies with, "Oh, I don't know... reading!"

.... which touched off my "Seriously?" button. It takes a lot more than that to teach a child how to read. Not that I'm very good at it (I'm much better at math strangely enough...), but teaching reading is a complex thing...

I know my aunt is just "kidding", but there are people who think it is that simple.
