No principal day

My principal was not at school today. And even though I had to deal with a
load of bull crap regardless, I didn't have to deal with her bull crap.

I'll do all she wants me to do, but I need to do it on my time schedule and
within my stress level. I now realize that her absurd demands are causing
a chunk of my high stress levels.

What matters is how much my kids learn, and how ready for middle school
they are. All of her excess crap can wait till I have that well in hand.
Not done, it if never done, bit in hand and I am able to cope with more.

I just imagine her face next year when or AIMS scores don't land us the
number eight spot in the state and numerous awards. I wonder what she will
do then? Maybe she will quit....or retire... or get promoted.

Maybe all this IB nonsense will go away till we have common core in hand....
