At least now we know

Taylor wasn't renewed. They have told him to apply for another position,
but it was the job he didn't get last time he applied here. They say that
he had a shot, but having been burned thrice on thus job issue... I'm going
to try really hard not to get my hopes up.

I am completely crushed right now. More even than Taylor. I'm tired of
moving. I want to start our family. None of that will happen till this
gets figured out.

I love my kitty. She just randomly came up and started licking my face.
Won't let me pet her back, just wanted to give me kisses.

I'm feeling really low, so this was something nice and happy.
