The things I must do in 2012
1. Get all my information (license, Passport, everything else) changed to reflect that I finally changed my last name.
2. Get my last two college classes required for my full Teachers Certificate done. (Arizona Constitution and Structured English Immersion 233)
3. Move from my apartment complex were someone so nicely got arrested last night at 2 AM, to somewhere a little safer.
4. Keep on Chris to make sure that he keeps up to date with The Phantom Tollbooth book study so I can have time to adapt what he brings to my class.
5. Integrate 2 all new students to my entire class, and 7 new students into my Language Arts class.
6. Get my two unannounced and one scheduled observation. (These are SCARY)
7. Get rehired for next year.
8. Find a way to get at LEAST Taylor over to see his sister and nephew. (She's right, even though I hate to admit it. The kid has been around for almost a year now, and no one from her family has come to see them. They live in Kentucky so it's hard, but I'm sure I can somehow swing it....)
9. Stay Sane.
10. Stop actively trying to not have a baby.
11. Visit Taylor's Grandparents. They're having a hard time right now.
12. Find Joy in my new calling in our new ward. I love being a secretary now, but when we move I don't know where they will call me. I will try to tell them that I really don't think I can do a primary teaching duty because of burn-out.
I'm sure there is more to add to this list. I'm just glad I have a whole year to do some of it! (Though most of it seems like it needs to be done by the end of the school year.)
