Also, "Worchestershire" is pronounced "woustursheer", with "woust" having the same vowel sound as "would", "ur" having the same sound as "turn", and "sheer" rhyming with "deer", at least anywhere I've heard it. Wikipedia, where I double-checked, suggests "sure" (like the word) instead of "sheer", and indicates that sometimes it's spelled simply Worchester, in which case it's just "woustur".
